Senior Representative Lacrosse

Every year Waikato Lacrosse hold trials for Senior Men and Womens Lacrosse teams to take to the NZ Senior National Lacrosse Tournament, typically held in March. This is a great opportunity to showcase your lacrosse skills with other provinces in New Zealand.

Trials are held in December/January so keep an eye out for the notices on here and Facebook

Under 18's Representative Lacrosse

Waikato Lacrosse have representative opportunities to compete the New Zealand U18 Rep Tournament held in September. All players must be 18 years of age or younger on 31 August of the year prior to the date of the tournament. The minimum age is 15 at 1st January in the year of the event.

Trials are held in July/August so keep an eye out for details.

Under 15's Representative Lacrosse

WLA offer representative opportunities to compete in the NZ U15 Rep Tournament held in September. All players must be 15 years of age or younger on 31 August of the year prior to the date of the tournament. The minimum age is 12 at the 1st January in the year of the event. The top one or two girls teams then heads to Australia soon after to compete in the ALA Lacrosse Nationals, which they won for the very first time in 2017, beating Australian teams whose players had vastly more years of experience than our own.
